You create an illusory bell that rings so loudly that it is audible up to 1mile away. Any Creatures within 30ft of the bell must make a CON Save. On a failed save, the creature becomes incapacitated for the duration. While incapacitated by this spell, the creature is deafened.
A creature may attempt another saving throw at the end of its turn if it is no longer in the area of effect.
