Arcane Hostage

You target any entity you can see and conjure ribbons of arcane magic to bind them for 1d12 turns. While under this spell's effects, targets are restrained; there bonus action is also nullified. However, if they were to get hit by any attack, a stack of bind will disappear and they will take 1d6 + spell casting modifier.

A creature restrained by the bindings can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself. However, if it fails, add 2 stacks.
