This spell allows the spellcaster to curse another spellcaster they can see to make wild magic rolls every time they cast a spell for the next minute. The caster shouts out some nonsensical phrase (verbal) and throws (somatic) a fistful of colorful confetti (material) at the target. The confetti catches the air current and showers the target in little bits of colorful confusion.

The target then makes an Intelligence saving throw check against the caster's Charisma DC. If successful, the target dodges the effects of the spell. If the target fails, then for the next ten turns, the target's mind is muddied and they must roll to see if a wild magic surge happens at five percent per level of the spell slot used (maximum 45% or a nine or less on a d20). Wild Magic Sorcerers targeted must add an additional 5% to the chance of a surge to accommodate their own natural tendencies towards chaos. At the end of the target's turn, they can make another Intelligence saving throw check to see if they can break the spell. However, for every wild magic surge the target triggers, subtract one from the saving throw roll. (If the target has rolled five times, but triggered twice, the next saving throw roll would have a -2 penalty.)
