You create an illusory wall that is up to 100 ft long and 20 ft high, alternatively it can be a dome with a 20 ft radius centered on a space you can see in range. The wall may be free floating. The wall is Opaque and blocks line of sight. Any creature that you do not specify as an ally that starts it’s turn outside 30 ft of the wall perceives the wall or dome as solid iron. Any creature that you do not specify as an ally that starts it’s turn within 30 ft of the wall must make an Intelligence Saving Throw. On a failure the creature perceives terrible and unknowable entities reaching through the wall to grab them, becoming Frightened of the wall for 1 minute and taking 3d8 Psychic Damage. A creature that is frightened of the wall cannot willingly move closer to the wall. A creature that failed it's save may try again using it's Action on subsequent turns. If they succeed, the creature is unaffected and only perceives an iron wall or dome.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each 2nd slot level above 3rd.
