You focus immense arcane might to call forth the destructive power used since the dawn of creation to manifest even the power of gods. Great arcs of splitting and crackling lightning fill a 200 foot cone originating from the caster. Each creature in this area must make a Constitution saving throw. The cone are ignores all cover, except that gained from being completely enveloped in a metal structure. On a failed save every creature in the area of effect takes 12d10 lightning damage, 12d10 thunder damage, and is stunned, deafened, and blinded, or take half as much damage on a successful save.
The stunned condition gained by a failed save ends after one round. Creatures affected by the blinded and/or deafened condition from this spell repeat their saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending one of the conditions on themselves for each successful save. Any conditions originating from this spell that remain after 1 minute of the initial casting become permanent.
This spell damages structures and objects that arent being worn or carried in this area. Metal objects are warped by heat, wood is incinerated, and sand and stone are turned into a glass like substance called fulgurite.
