You create chains from the moisture In the ground and the air. The target must make a Dex save (15) or take 2d8 damage and be restrained. At the end of the targets round, they may make another Dex save to become unrestrained. Every round the target is restrained, the target takes 2d4 damage. If anyone attacks them, they may make another Dex save. If the caster loses concentration, the target is allowed to move on their turn, but must make a Dex save to not take a final 3d4. The chains are light blue, and appear to be water and have all of the creatures in where the water came from, such as worms, bugs, or even fish. It restrains their arms and legs, stretching them into a star like shape. You can also use this spell to close/ secure any objects. People are allowed to cast counter spell to shatter the spells.
