Wall of Webs

A web appears between two or more points within 90 meters. The space the web fills is a thin wall of up to 30 meters wide and 30 meters tall, but the web must be fixed to two or more surfaces.

Any creature within the web as it is cast or attempts to pass through it must make a strength saving throw or be restrained. They can use their action at the start of each turn to try and break the restraint.

Any creature that passes through the space taken up by the web has it's movement halved for the rest of their turn.
