Verdand's Hive Mind

You and a number of willing creatures equal to your spellcasting ability modifier enter into one collective mindscape. You or one other creature that can cast this spell becomes the intelligence hub for this spell and is incapacitated for the duration, although the intelligence hub is still aware of their surroundings. The intelligence hub has disadvantage on all strength, dexterity, and constitution saving throws and advantage on all intelligence, wisdom, and charisma saving throws.  All affected creatures can communicate instantaneously via telepathy and all creatures are aware of what all other creatures are aware of as if they possessed that creature's senses. If one creature is subjected to an intelligence, wisdom, or charisma saving throw; all creatures make the saving throw. If even one creature succeeds, all of the creatures succeed the saving throw. However, if all creatures fail the saving throw, they are all affected. Any psychic damage dealt to one creature is instead split amongst all creatures equally. Since all creature's minds are connected by this spell, they all immediately come to know each other perfectly, no secret can be hidden apart from the glibness spell. At any time, the intelligence hub can end this spell early. If this spell ends early, all creatures must make a wisdom saving throw or immediately take 10d6 psychic damage as this mental connection is violently severed. In order for this spell to be cast as a ritual, the intelligence hub must cast it, the casting time for the ritual version of this spell is 1 day. The ritual version of this spell does not require a material component.
