you Touch Creature incapacitated, Unconscious, or that died no more than one day ago and has physical remains. it must Challenge rating of 3 or lower that is not an Undead. you chant Incantations that takes a small essence of the target's soul but dose not directly harm it. an Exact copy of that creature appears at the end of the casting or if it had died the remains (if any) are reformed into that copy. the Copy obeys any command you give, no action required, and views you and your allies as friends. if no orders are given it acts as the original would act unless a command says it should act in a certain way for an indefinite time. the Copy can understand and speak up to three languages of your choice and can telepathically communicate with the summoner up to a range of 100 miles. if the copy is killed before the end of the duration, you can resummon it by performing the spell with the Material components unless the creatures essence is blocked, imprisoned, or destroyed. if resummoned it has all the memories before it's destruction and it’s duration is reset. you can only have one creature copied at a time, if you decide to cast it on another target the original is destroyed and cannot be resummoned. if the copy is able to conjure or create other creatures that would regularly be under their control, you instead control the creatures that the copy summons. 

When the duration ends, the piece of the soul returns to its original soul and the body turns to dust. It cannot be resummoned unless you perform the spell on the same creature again.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or Higher, the maximum Challenge rating increases by 1 for each slot level above 6th
