Arctic Spear

You create a frigid spear of ice and hurl it streaking towards a target of your choice within range. Make a ranged spell attack for the spear. On a hit, the target takes 5d12 cold damage and their speed is halved until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the cold damage increases by 1d12 for each slot level above 3rd.
