Bead of Frost

You create a small bead of elemental frost that you then hurl at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 cold damage and is unable to move until the beginning of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast bead of frost using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you deal an additional 1d6 damage for each slot level above 2nd.
