Sangmen has the power by divine grace to summon new blood (life essence) by will, he also has the power to weaponize it. Roll a 1d4, if 3 or 4 land the hit, otherwise miss. Do 10 piercing damage to any one creature with blood, if no blood, do 0 damage. Levelling up increases damage by 1 per level, this adds up to the damage dealt to creatures with no blood as well.
