You cause the water present in the air to condense and accumulate at your fingertips before shooting it as a fast spray of pressured water. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d8 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Alternatively, instead of making a 15-foot cone you can choose to spray it vertically making the area of effect a 30-foot line. The damage and saving throw stay the same.
If the air around you is too dry to contain enough water your DM might require that you find water from other sources, such as, your waterskin.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2st.
