Blood of the Hydra

The edge of a piercing or slashing weapon that you touch becomes poisoned.

For the duration of the spell, each time the weapon hits a creature, that creature must make a successful Constitution saving throw against poison or take 3d8 poison damage and become poisoned.

A poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns; on a successful save, it is no longer poisoned.
