By forming dust and other small particles in the air into an electrically charged form, a weight supporting platform can be made as an emergency situation. This platform moves at a rate of 10 feet per round, regardless of what direction it is going. This platform counts as partial cover for the purposes of individuals shooting through it, but does not provide any obscurity or line of sight blocking advantage. Additionally, this platform moves half its speed if high winds or the gust of wind is applied to it.
Alternatively, you can create a bridge connecting two points that spans no more than 60 feet and can bear a weight of up to 2400 pounds. This bridge does not provide cover or obscurity from below. As an action on subsequent turns, you can change one of the bridges anchoring points to another location so long as there are additional particulates in the air and the maximum distance remains at or below 60 feet.
