Cleansing Rain

Cool, gentle rain begins to fall at a location you choose within the spell's range. The rain covers a cylinder 100 feet high and 50 feet in diameter. Each creature touched by the rain is instantly cured of all diseases and harmful effects of 7th level or lower, and regains 1d8 hit points each round they are touched by the rain. Additionally, the land touched by the rain is cleansed of all blight and disease and is greatly improved. All plant life in the spell's area will thrive for the next season.

As an action starting on the turn after the spell is cast, the caster may move the cylinder up to 120 feet in any direction.
