Wrath of Aurgelmir

A raging blizzard of sharp 3 inch long ice spikes forms in a 15ft diameter and 30ft tall cylinder around a target within range and lasting 15 minutes, dealing cold damage to the target and anyone in the cylinder. Targets must perform a Dexterity saving throw, on success they take half the damage and don't get any additional effects, if failed they take cold damage equal to 4d8+ your spellcasting modifier and they become confused for 10 turns.

When you cast this spell using 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 or each additional level.
