A Blizzard of powerful freezing wind, thick snow and needle-sharp sleet forms around you in a 100-foot-radius sphere. Any creature that is inside or enters the radius of the spell must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 15d8 cold damage, 15d8 slashing damage, and is frozen solid. On a successful save the creature takes half damage and is not frozen. On every turn, the creature stays within the radius or re-enters the radius of the spell they must make the saving throw. A creature already frozen does so with a disadvantage. Creatures that are frozen can make a Strength saving throw each turn to break free. If they are still within the radius of the spell they do so with disadvantage.
A frozen creature is considered completely restrained.
Additionally, the terrain in the area of the spell becomes difficult terrain, and vision becomes difficult for anyone except for the caster.
The blizzard lasts for 10 minutes and stays centered around the caster. The spell can be dismissed early as a bonus action.
The blizzard goes around corners and freezes anything that can be frozen.
