Water Cannon

You take a deep breath in through your mouth as a large ball of water forms itself at the edge of your lips. Blasting a very powerful jettison of water as you blow out, creating a 100ft by 5ft line centered on yourself. Creatures in this line must make a Dexterity throw and take 8d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The water snuffs out any non-magical fires in the area, and drenches the targets with water.
