Vortal Surge

When you cast this spell on a target within range, a streak of green vortal energy in the form of lightning flashes between you both centered from your chest. The target must make a wisdom saving throw taking 3d6 lightning damage on a failure, or half on a success. The caster then heals for half of the total damage the target takes.

When cast at 2nd level and higher, the spell deals another 1d6 per level.
