Maddening whispers

Whispers from old dimensions beyond mortal comprehension assault the mind one creature of your choice within range that you can perceive, target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 3d6 psychic damage and become frightened.

At the end of each of its turns, the target can then make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
The spell also end if the target gets out of range of the spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
