Quori and human long ago become one in the form of the Kalashtar.  After studying this intimate bond between two distinct beings Zule Sohareth was able to temporarily and partially sever this bond to allow the Quori to assume physical form.

Using this spell, summon your bonded Quori up to a CR6.  Feel free to create your own stat block or use one of the existing Quori stat blocks.

While summoned the caster loses all non ability score racial traits including Mind Link, Dual Mind and other Kalashtar racial traits.  If the Quori drops to 0 hitpoints before the spell ends the traits are lost and the spell cannot be used again for 2 days while the bonded Quori recovers.

The Qouri cannot be bound by spells such as Planar Binding.  Though the Quori assumes physical form it is not completely in the physical plane.  Keep this in mind when creating your stat block, you may want to create two.  A high CR one for the Quori and a weaker one for its "summoned" form.
