You spend time focusing your energy, gathering and storing your power into a burst of movement. You then give this power to a target of your choosing that you touch with the vial of quicksilver.

As long as you maintain concentration, a target you touch gains the ability to use an additional action on a turn, during a turn of their choosing. Once the stored action(s) are used, this spell ends. Once this spell ends, either from using the expended actions or having your concentration broken, make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save you can't preform actions on your next turn as you recover your expent energy.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, select one:

For every second slot above 2nd you gain the ability to store another action, but can only use one a turn. eg. cast at 6th level you gain 3 stored actions.

Casting this spell at 4th level or higher allows you to confer the stored action to yourself as well as a touched target of your choice.
