When casting the spell, the user goes into a sort of trance for one round. During that time, they are deafened to the world around them and while they continue to see their surroundings otherwise as normal, the weather at the moment is replaced by a sped up version of the weather changes over the next 6 days - each day passing in approximately one second, allowing the user to see what changes will occur in the weather, their severity, and the direction they will come from.
The predictions for the next 24 hours are accurate, unless changed by unforseeable effects. Each subsequent day's forecast becomes slightly less reliable, with the 6th day being approximately 50% likely to be accurate.
During the vision, the user can continue to move and behave otherwise normally, as only the visual element of the weather is distorted.
