Berate the Mind

     The caster of this spell may target any one creature within sight, and whisper at it. Only it can hear and understand what you are saying, no matter what language you speak in. The caster may whisper anything to the target so long as it is negative or an insult, such as "You are a pathetic foe" or "The sight of you disgusts me". The target then must make a WIS saving throw with a DC of 14, and on a fail, will both lose 2d4 hp and run away in fear. It will always run in fear at the sound of the caster's voice. On a successful save, the target will only lose the 2d4 hp, and will run until out of sight of the caster, but will not run again unless it is target to the spell again.

    If the same creature is target of this spell twice, then it rolls its WIS save with a +1 advantage
