Big Snowball

In front of your finger forms a small snowball shooting at the target place your finger is pointing to. When it reaches its destination it grows to full size and hits all creatures in a sphere with 20 foot radius. All affected creatures must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 4d6 bludgeoning and 2d12 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on successful one.

The cold spreads. It freezes water and puts out all fires in the area affected by the spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 cold damage for each two slot level above 3rd.
