Damage/Effect
When you see a creature make an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can steal their luck. This can be used after it is determined whether the roll succeeds or fails. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by the spell When a creature is affected by this spell, you force the triggering roll to fail. For the duration of the spell, when you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, before the roll is made, as a reaction you may use the triggering roll for the new roll. The spell ends if you use the captured roll before the duration ends. If you cast this spell again before the previous casting ended, the previous spell ends and the affect is lost.

On this spell you could cast it in the morning and it could run 8 hours if all rolls you are watching fail without your interference otherwise as long as within 30 feet of you, you could affect that result with a forced reroll? The forced reroll ends the spell or only if the new roll fails?
Sure you could keep it all day, but this isn't a forced reroll. This is taking the number and giving it to a creature (including yourself) within range.
A 6th level spell to get a reaction version of a Portent roll, requiring a save that may end up just wasting the spell slot?
That feels a little too overtuned
