Damage/Effect
Choose one creature you can see within range. The creature immediately is flung upwards 60 feet, and then falls downwards. If the creature is blocked from traveling the whole distance by a ceiling or creature or other such objects, the creature takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it failed to travel, and then falls down as normal.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you may throw the target upwards an additional 20 feet.

I am curious about the lack of Saving throw potential. I like it, but at level three with no save - OP or no? My understanding of this spell is if there is a 20 high ceiling, a creature projected up would take 4d8 (at the standard level), but no fall damage following this or fall damage too? Also, they can be up to 90 feet from you provided conditions allow the caster to see them?
I might need to change it to a saving throw. It's been awhile since I made this spell, and never used it, so I'm not sure about that. The no save and bonus action is probably too good, but compared to other 3rd level damaging spells (fireball, lightning bolt, pulse wave), I don't know if the no save is a huge deal, but the bonus action probably is.
In the scenario you mentioned, it would be 4d8 + 2d6 as well as falling prone. And, yes, any creature within 90 feet.
Add a make a Dexterity Saving throw as you are flung upwards in order to see how well you break your fall, half damage on successful save type deal, then make the higher levels you can target one extra creature for each level above 3rd. Lower the damage die to a d6. That would make it both more balanced, and much more of a increase in upper tiers. Either that, or make the spell an action instead of the bonus action and make it able to be cast like witch bolt with an Attack roll as you blast a creature with Dunamantic energy.
