You draw upon the power of darkness and shadow from the Plane of Shadows as you forearm and hands begin to shape into deadly claws that are blacked than the darkest night. These claws are as sharp as swords and as long as 6ft., striking the target with immense cold.
As part of the action used to cast this spell you make a melee attack with a range of 10ft. For the next 10 minutes, or until dispelled, you slice through targets with your claws and deal 3d6 necrotic damage to them. This attack leave scarring on the target that aches with intense pain.
During the duration of the spell you are unable to handle item with your hands and any items you might have been holding are dropped or are rendered useless. You are also only able to cast spells which require verbal components.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for every slot level used above 2nd.
