Blade Vortex

A layer of green magical blades surrounds your form. For the duration, if you start your turn or move within 10ft of any creature, they must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw or suffer 1d6 points Slashing damage. The same creature cannot be affected by this effect more than once per round.

For every level of spell slots used to cast this spell beyond 1st, the damage increases by 1d6 and the duration extends by 1 round.
