You create an image of a ghost that resembles a 6 years old child covered in a tablecloth for a short duration. The image will remain invisible until any hostile living creature approaches, and disappear shortly after resolving the effect.
If any hostile living creatures approach the 5 ft range where the image is created, the ghastly image will become visible with loud "BOO- " noise and surprise hostile living creatures within the range. All hostile living creatures affected must make a Wisdom saving throw.
Upon successful save, creatures will be deafened, losing hearing and automatically failing any Ability Checks that require hearing for 1 turn.
Upon failed save, Creatures affected will be frightened as well, getting disadvantages on Ability Checks and Attack rolls for 1 turn.
After taking effect or remaining on the position for 10 minutes, the Boo ghost will disappear.
Creating another 'Boo Ghost' will remove the previously created boo ghost, and creatures can only be affected by 'Boo Ghost' once every 24 hours.
