Blazing Cruelty

You channel the blazing fury within your body into an inferno-blazing ball of flame. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature you can see within range. On a hit, that creature suffers 5d8 points of fire damage. Additionally, any creature within 5ft of the initial target suffers half that damage.

For each level of spell slots used to cast this spell beyond 2nd, increase the damage by 1d8 and the Area of Effect by an additional 5ft.
