You attempting to force a creature into its natural form and prevent it from changing or transforming further. Choose a creature that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become under the effects of the spell for the duration.

Whilst under the effects, a creature is forcibly reverted to its natural form and can't change form using a feature or being changed via a spell such as polymorph. If a creature is under the effects of True Polymorph and fails the saving throw then that transformation is suppressed for the duration, with their form reverting to the transformed state when Revert Form ends.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
