When cast, the caster summons one piece of desired furniture, so long as it is within his/her line of sight. It is important to remember that while the style of the furniture summoned is dependent on the caster's personality, race, cultural upbringing, and alignment*, the quality of furniture depends on the casters overall level, with the quality and comfort increasing dramatically after level 7. As a result, the furniture of a level 12 wizard will be far more luxurious and comfortable than that of a a level 2 wizard.
*For instance, a lawful evil human wizard, raised in a district of a city with a strong dwarven influence, will produce furniture that looks as if crafted by human hands, but with features that are strictly dwarven in origin, and a dark, malevolent, evil style.
