You create a 40 ft large black hole. All creatures within 200 ft of it (Not including you) must make a Strength saving throw equal to your spellcasting ability score + you spell casting ability (If your spellcasting ability is 21 or higher, you do not add your spellcasting modifier.) If they fail, they take 30d8 force damage and are sucked into the black hole. On a success, they take 10d8 force damage and are pulled 10 ft towards the hole. If a creature touches the black hole, they are immediately sucked in and take 30d8 force damage. If they succeed on the save, they must make the saving throw on the start of each of your turns. If they are sucked in, roll a d20.
15-19: They are teleported to a realm of the DM’s choice.
2-14: They are forever trapped in the black hole. They take 30d10 force damage every round they are inside.
1: They die
20: Roll another d20 to figure out what happens using the choices above.
Every 3 rounds you have the black hole open, it widens by 20 ft and the range for being sucked in increases by 50 ft. If the hole gets to be 450 ft large or larger, it suckes everything in that is not a Gargantuan creature and has a strength score of at least 30, including you. They automatically die if they are sucked in. If you die, everything in every realm including the gods die. If you cast this spell, you take 20d10 psychic damage and are knocked prone. You cannot cast a spell again, unless someone uses a wish spell to let you cast another spell again.
