Posted Apr 30, 20203d6 for a cantrip? Good spell, but should be at least 2nd level.

Posted Apr 16, 2021Yeah...... 3d6 is something for a 2nd level spell, not a cantrip. Sorry, can't up vote. Too unbalancing.

Posted Jun 1, 2021The area is huge, it deals 3d6 damage per target, and it adds a condition on top of that, as a cantrip? Also, it doesn't specify how you activate it, or what action type it would use. It's a cool idea, and seems like a great signature move for someone, but it's waaaaay too strong for a cantrip or a low level spell. The line affects 48 5ft cubes; that's a total of 144 dice, and the circle works out to about the same ~60ft length circumference. (I think, with 2 secs of in head math.)

Posted Jun 2, 2021I first read this, and thought "Well that's not so bad". Then I read the comments and realised it was a cantrip.

Posted Jan 6, 2022Good spell, should be 2nd level. or 1st but requires concentration so you cant make any other attacks during the time you have it activated
