The semantic component for this spell is to twitch the pinky finger of the hand executing the Wuxi finger hold.

The verbal component is to say "Skadoosh"

When conditions for this spell are met and this spell is cast the enemy creature will take 10d10  +both Wis and Dex modifiers in radiant damage.  If this does not incapacitate the creature, the next 2 attacks against them are rolled with advantage.

This spell can only be used once per day.
