Bypass Defenses

You gaze into a target creature's defenses and weak points, and learn how to work around them and go through them. Your next attack is empowered with the following. After you have made the attack, the spell ends, regardless of whether or not the attack hit. 

• You add 1+(your spellcasting modifier) to the roll for attack.
• The target has vulnerability to the attack, or (if applicable) their resistance to an attack's damage type is ignored. 
• The attack deals an additional 2d6+(your spellcasting modifier) damage, which is added after the damage with the vulnerability is calculated.
