Yager's Magic Item spell allows Wizards, Clerics, and Artificers the ability to enchant magical weapons, items, and armor.

Magical Weapons or Armor: A +1 takes 1 hour of enchantment as well as materials. Those characters who are of the School of Enchantment are halved in time and cost. It takes a 7th level spell slot, material, and time to create +1 permanency onto a weapon or armor. This spell allows a character to upcast. An 8th level spell slot will produce a +2 quality item, at double the cost in materials and in time. In addition, Wizards, Clerics, and Artificers may attach a 1st level scroll to the item permanently using an 8th level slot. This action will add an additional cost; the going rate of a 1st level scroll. A 9th level spell slot will produce a +3 quality item, at triple the cost in materials and in time. In addition, Wizards, Clerics, and Artificers may attach either two 1st level scrolls or one 2nd level scroll to the item permanently. This action will add an additional cost; the going rate of two 1st level scrolls or one 2nd level scroll. DC/Save levels are 10 + IQ/WIS Ability + the level of the highest scroll (i.e.: 10 + 4  IQ + 2nd level scroll = DC 16).

The versatility of Yager's Magical Item spell can be used by Forging Magical items. Forgoing a +1,+2, and +3 on items the character may instead opt to enchant a 1st level scroll permanently onto an item at 7th level. Upcasting the spell at 8th level allows the user to apply the following options; two 1st level scrolls or one 2nd level scrolls permanently onto an item. Upcasting the spell onto an item at 9th level gives the user the following options; three 1st level scrolls, or one 1st level & one 2nd level scrolls, or one 3rd level scroll. Charges to an item: Using any amount of soul stones or soul coins or siphoning living energy; the user may add 3 charges for each soul or life source it drains. This is an additional cost in materials based on the level in which the user cast's the spell. (DM's can determine if this is animal-based or not.) DC/Save levels are 10 + IQ/WIS Ability + the level of the highest scroll (i.e.: 10 + 4  IQ + 2nd level scroll = DC 16).

After an item has been enchanted it CANNOT be re-enchanted. In order to dispel the item, one needs to cast Dispel at 9th level or use a Wish Spell.  Attunement is required for the new weapon, item, or armor if a scroll(s) was used in the creation of the magical item.
