When an aquatic creature that can speak at least one language, and has at least one level in Bard is using the "Aqueous telepathy" Trait, the caster may pick one target within 15 feet of water that is being controlled by the player,that they can see. This target must make a wisdom saving throw. on a failed save the target takes 2d6 thunder damage or half as much on a successful save.
If the spell is used on the same target the next turn, the target must roll at disadvantage on their saving throw and take 3d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. any further casts of the spell on later turns adds +1 to the overall roll.
The spell cannot be cast under the following circumstances:
-If the player is affected by adverse temperature penalties
-if the player is outside of water
-if the player has the following status effects: Confusion, frightened, blinded, deafened, paralyzed, petrified,stunned, and unconscious.
