You select one tiny object within 10 ft. of you, that you can see and animate it for the duration. The object can not be carried or worn. The object must resemble something that exists as a living creature, a humanoid, an animal, or an otherwise object that can be imagined moving.
You can use a bonus action to telepathically command the doll to move, it obeys your commands to the best of its ability. If the doll has something that would resemble a mouth, you can speak through it telepathically in a voice that is appropriate for the object or your own voice.
If you don’t give the doll commands it will not move by it’s own accord. If it ever gets further than 100 ft. from you, the spell drops and the doll goes back to the shape it was before, with exception of any parts that may have separated during its animation.
The object may not take the attack action. It has a walking speed of 10 ft., if it is capable of moving. It has a strength of 1. It’s AC and HP are determined by the Statistics for Objects page in Chapter 15 of the DMG.
(Examples of what the object maybe: a wooden doll, an aluminum miniature, a shaped dough or cookie, a stuffed animal or head, a stuffed voodoo doll, etc. your DM has the final day on what object you can animate.)
