After chanting for a single minute, you summon a horrifying, floating skull with six glowing eyes. the spell creates a blueish-green light that illuminates a 30ft Sphere. it follows the caster from a five-foot distance. Any hostile creature that sees the skull must make a Wisdom Saving throw higher than a 16. On a failure, the creature becomes Blinded for 1 Hour and Frightened until the next Dawn.
