Baba Yaga's Walking Hut

You conjure a 30x30 feet hut with legs magically attached to it. On the outside, the hut can either look like a medium sized house or a shack, but will always be 30x30 feet inside the hut. In the inside, the atmosphere is dry and warm, no matter the temperature outside. The hut has the following items:

• A small table with 4 chairs 
• A magical fireplace
• A witch's cauldron, normally used to make potions.
• A desk with ink pens and ink.
• 4 beds

As an action, you can make the hut move up to 30 feet in any direction, however, it can't move if there's an elevation change of 30 feet or more.
