Choose a creature with wings that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or their wings become paralyzed for the duration. The target cannot use its wings to fly, swim, attack, or for anything else that require movement of the wings.

If the creature succeeds on the saving throw, its wings are only partially paralyzed. Its flying speed from its wings is halved. If it uses its wings to swim, its swim speed is halved. Any attacks it makes with the wings are made at disadvantage.
