Vacuum Blast

A dark orb leaves your hands and moves to a point you choose within range, then expands into a large vacuum before collapsing back in on itself. Each creature in a 20-foot radius centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 8d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. In addition to this, all non-magical fire within this area is extinguished.
