You transform, along with any objects you are wearing and carrying that do not exceed your carry limit, into a whirling, amorphous, sand cloud. The spell ends at the end of your current turn, if you become incapacitated, or take any damage.
While in this form the following applies to you: your only method of movement is a flying speed of 30 feet, your movement does not provoke any attacks of opportunity, you become immune to the prone condition. If you were prone when casting the spell, you can choose to be standing when the spell ends without it costing any movement. You can enter and occupy the space of another creature. You have resistance to nonmagical damage, and you have advantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws. You can pass through small holes, narrow openings, and even mere cracks, though you treat liquids as though they were solid surfaces. You can pass through solid stone and unworked earth as if it were difficult terrain without dislodging or affecting it. As an action you can immediately end all grapples on you. Other than ending grapples the only other action you can take is the Dash action.
If the spell ends in a space too small or unsuitable for your normal form then you are shunted into the nearest unoccupied space you do fit in and take 1d6 force damage for every 5 feet you were shunted in this way. This damage cannot be reduced in any way and bypasses resistance and immunity.
