1. Red capped mushrooms sprout out and can be eaten, 1 mushroom heals 2d4 hp
2. blue capped mushrooms sprout out and can be eaten, restoring 1 spell slot
3. Green capped mushrooms Sprout out and if eaten, does 1d8 poison damage
4. 2 Myciond Adults emerge from the ground, one is hostile, and one is friendly to you.
