Crashing your hands down to the ground, the earth splits open at a space within range that you can see. This creates a 10ft deep pit that is 5ft on either side. Any creature that is not larger that the hole created must make a dexterity saving throw. On a success the creature is moved to any side of the pit it wishes. On a failed save the creature fall in the pit taking any damage from the fall when ice spikes shoot out from the walls impaling the creature for 4d8 cold damage.
At Higher Levels:
For every level this spell is cast above 3rd increase the cold damage by 1d8.
When this spell is cast at 4th - 5th level the hole becomes 15 ft deep and 10 ft wide. When cast at 6th level the diamaters change to 20ft deep and 15 ft wide. At 7th - 8th 25 ft deep and 20ft wide. At 9th level 30 ft Wide and 25 ft deep.
