Baldur's Soul Reflection

You grab a dagger or anything with a sharp edge. Mumbling the incantation Lux'Mra'z Va'k, Geist Du-Huana, meaning, "Luminate the Last's Remembrance", the dagger lits up with arcane, azure blue lights as you draw blood from your finger. As you reach out your hand, the world darkens around you, and the arcane lights take the spectral form of those who roamed the area last.

The caster may only see, but not hear the PC, NPC, or Creature's spectral re-live the last 1d4 minutes they roamed, or before they died in said area. The divination may be lengthened with 1d4 minutes by spending another spell slot and take another 1D4 slashing damage.
