Change Hair

When you cast this Spell you can Change the Hair of the Target. Everywhere where the Target usualy has Hair Growth at any Age you can change the Hair Length, Hair Colour, Hair Style, remove the Hair and if you remove them you can choose to make them Unable to grow. The Change Remains until you break the Concentration, at which point they will return to their Previos State within 1d4 Hours. If you Concentrate on the Spell for the Full Duration you can Choose to make the Change Permanent, at which point they will Grow Normaly, in the Colour you Chosse, exept if you Choose the Hair not to Grow. If you try to Change something at a Creature that dosen't want the Change it has to make a Charisma Saving Throw for each change you want to Make. On a Succes the Crature is uneffected by that Change.
